About Us

Notion is a specialist Business Coaching Company established in 2000.

We are passionate about coaching Managing Directors and Business Owners.

As your Business Coach our job is to build upon and improve your talents as Business professionals, focusing you on driving profitable business growth whilst simultaneously putting in place a balanced lifestyle (yes it is possible!)

Our team is currently 15 strong and growing all the time. In addition, we draw upon our extensive network of high calibre specialists to enhance our team for specific projects with our larger corporate clients.

The team is headed up by Dominic Ashley-Timms (our MD) who has a great track record in both operational business and blue chip consultancy, where his clients have ranged from the likes of Sainsbury’s and The Royal Bank of Scotland through to start up businesses.

His passion for outstanding customer service led him to create Notion to specialise in supporting and developing SME’s. This is predominantly achieved through our one to one Business Coaching as well as Business Coaching Workshops and other bespoke training and strategic consultancy.

As well as guiding the development of Notion, Dominic constructs and delivers bespoke training for our clients’ organisations.

Our other Director, Laura Ashley-Timms, is one of our Outstanding Business Coaches and ensures that our exacting professional standards are maintained.

Her passion for Coaching stems from her early sporting career where she experienced first hand the benefits of making continual improvements to her performance and from being constantly motivated and challenged by her coaches.

These lessons stayed with her throughout her international business career, which has included senior roles within Marks and Spencer and Ragdoll Productions.

As a Business Coach, Laura consistently gets amazing results for those brave enough to work with her!

Julia is our Marketing Manager and has the most challenging role, running the office, heading up our Marketing and Administration departments and managing our Marketing team. She is of course the heart of our company.
